Valves & actuation

Flow control for every enquiry

PatLoc International coordinates sourcing enquiries for industrial valves and actuation used in oil and gas operations. Buyers can submit a valve schedule with type, size, pressure class, materials, end connections, process conditions and testing requirements. Manufacturer availability and technical suitability are confirmed for the individual enquiry.

Start with the valve schedule and process conditions. Include the actuation, testing and documentation requirements alongside the valve specification.

Before requesting a quotation

Describe the valve and the service

Include valve function, nominal size, pressure class, body and trim material, end connections and the specified standard. Provide fluid, operating pressure and temperature, plus shut-off or other application requirements.

Specify the full actuated assembly

Identify the actuator type, power or air supply, control signal, fail action and accessories where applicable. Separate an exact replacement part from a proposed change to the installed valve assembly.

Buyer questions

Can I send a valve schedule instead of individual forms?

Yes. Attach the schedule and identify required quantities, tags, approved manufacturers, documentation and delivery priorities. One RFQ can cover multiple valve types.

Can you source actuator spares from a nameplate?

A clear nameplate helps, but also send model, serial and part references, supply details and any drawing or existing bill of materials. Compatibility is reviewed before an order.
