Review before sending
Your unsubmitted details and selected files stay temporarily in the page. The form does not send them when you open the review. Only selecting Send to PatLoc transmits your enquiry and selected supporting files.
What we receive and why
PatLoc International receives your contact details, company and role, requirements, line items, delivery details and selected documents to assess and respond to your enquiry. Our receiving address is daryn.s@patloc.com. An enquiry does not place an order or subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery and retention
Cloudflare processes submissions for email delivery to PatLoc’s mailbox. Request identifiers, content fingerprints and delivery status are kept separately for up to seven days to prevent duplicate sending; that delivery log does not contain your enquiry text or files. Rate limiting also uses the connecting IP address. Email copies are kept as needed to handle the enquiry and related business records.
Downloads and copied drafts
Downloading or copying creates a text copy on your device. It contains your entered details and selected file names; it does not include file contents. Submitted copies include the request reference.
Confidential information
Only share information you are authorised to provide. Arrange an NDA and an appropriate exchange channel before submitting confidential drawings, customer information or restricted project details.
Your questions and requests
Contact daryn.s@patloc.com about access, correction or deletion, quoting your enquiry reference where available. We assess requests in light of applicable obligations and required business records.
Website services
The website uses hosting and security services. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, referring sites and page performance. It does not use advertising cookies or follow visitors across websites. The analytics script does not receive the contents of your enquiry or selected files. We do not add advertising trackers.
